By using the HANCR app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

HANCR is a platform connecting riders with independent drivers. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers; we provide the technology that intermediates between them.

You must be 18+ to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Trip prices are shown before confirmation. Cancellation fees may apply based on timing. VAT is calculated according to local regulations.

Harassment, violence, discrimination, or damage to driver property is prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HANCR is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via the app or your registered email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the service is provided to you, and any dispute is resolved before the competent courts of that country, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to you under the laws of your country of residence.
